This is me…

Hello and a very warm welcome. Thanks for stopping by and having a look at my blog.

My name is Trish, but Patch is my blogging alter-ego. I am the only female in a house full of males (even the gerbils are male!). I love them all to bits and wouldn’t change a thing…. but they also drive me crazy.

Fortunately I’m not a traditionally “girly” girl; I’m happier with a pint than a prosecco; I positively hate pink but I love a Star Wars movie marathon.

Life is often chaotically busy here with work, school, music lessons, scouts… De-stressing is necessary and is usually found by releasing my creative energy through crochet or knitting, with other crafts thrown in from time to time.

This blog is about my life and all the things I make as I travel through it, the messes and mistakes (and there are lots of those!) but hopefully some successes too. I hope you’ll find something to interest you. So grab a coffee, sit down and enjoy.

  5. I’m mystified as to the method of accessing your site (no link to that magnificent throw), but I shall persevere. Never seen any site with so many awards ! – in spite of which I’ll delve in. [grin]

  6. Wow, I love your blog, so many colourful pictures. I love arts and crafts in general but in particular enjoy sewing and want to try crocheting too. Been reluctant to start after having difficulty learning to knit but you’re blog pictures make me want to start 🙂
